Cooper Snyder
Vice President of Business Operations
Overseeing the company’s administrative, financial, and strategic support functions, Cooper Snyder ensures operational excellence and drives growth. He coordinates across project management, accounting, human resources, and procurement to align processes, systems, and resources with the company’s objectives, while monitoring performance and managing reporting, risk, and compliance.
Committed to efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, Cooper leads initiatives in workflow optimization, technology implementation, and professional development. Dusty Baumgartner
Vice President of Concrete Operations
As Vice President of Concrete Operations, Dusty Baumgartner leads the day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives for the company, ensuring every project and process aligns with the core values of Safety, Service, Pride, and Professionalism. He oversees project managers, coordinates resources, and provides the guidance needed to deliver high-quality concrete construction projects on time and on budget.
Focused on operational excellence, Dusty manages staffing, training, and professional development while maintaining strong relationships with clients, owners, vendors, and subcontractors. By monitoring budgets, schedules, and project performance, he ensures the company continues to grow efficiently, meet contractual obligations, and maintain its reputation for excellence in the industry.
Coby Morris
Vice President of Site Excavation
Coby Morris serves as Vice President of Site Excavation, overseeing all field equipment operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and strategic resource management. He ensures every project is properly equipped, staffed, and supported, while supervising superintendents and coordinating site logistics to maintain high standards of Safety, Service, Pride, and Professionalism.
Coby directs equipment purchasing, maintenance, allocation, and transportation, implementing systems and technologies that improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize costs across all job sites. He collaborates closely with project managers and the Vice President of Concrete Operations to align priorities, manage budgets, and develop long-term operational strategies that support company growth and excellence in field operations.
Joe Garnett
Senior Project Estimator
Joe Garnett serves as Senior Project Estimator, bringing extensive expertise in construction estimating and project oversight to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. He works closely with project managers, engineers, and executive leadership to develop accurate cost estimates, assess risks, and guide projects from concept through completion.
Joe leads the preparation of detailed estimates for concrete, sitework, and general construction, coordinates with subcontractors and vendors, and ensures seamless transitions from bidding to project execution. Committed to Safety, Service, Pride, and Professionalism, he combines technical knowledge, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership to deliver high-quality results and drive the company’s continued success.
Jen Loos
Director of Operations & Business Development
As Director of Operations & Marketing, Jen Loos oversees the daily operations, business development, and brand communications at Watson. She manages payroll, insurance, and employee coordination while leading the company’s marketing and social media initiatives. Driven by innovation, Jen continually researches and implements new systems to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and support the company’s long-term growth.
Beyond her operational leadership, Jen is instrumental in shaping Watson’s team culture—keeping communication open, morale high, and the company deeply connected to its community. Mike Ingles
Concrete Superintendent
Mike Ingles serves as Concrete Superintendent, overseeing day-to-day operations within the concrete division and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer of Concrete Operations, he coordinates resources, manages schedules, and monitors progress to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Mike leads on-site teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and teamwork. He serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication and reporting throughout each project. With a focus on quality assurance, budget management, and operational excellence, Mike ensures that every concrete project reflects the company’s commitment to Safety, Service, Pride, and Professionalism.
Ann Day
Office Manager
Ann Day serves as Office Manager, keeping the company running smoothly with her oversight of day-to-day operations. She manages employee and company records, handles billing and bookkeeping through QuickBooks, and maintains up-to-date vendor lists.
In addition, Ann coordinates scheduling, answers calls, and ensures the office is fully stocked and organized. Her attention to detail and dedication to efficient operations make her an essential part of the team, supporting both staff and clients every day.
